This Code of Ethical and Business Conduct applies to all stakeholders and members of the company regardless of gender, age, language, caste, ethnicity, religion, cultural background, nationality, beliefs, disabilities, or any other form of physical or mental difference.

This code is in place to help establish an acceptable and positive working environment for all organization members. All employees are responsible for upholding this code by ensuring that any observed injustice or unfair practice is reported immediately to the relevant authorities (management, human resources personnel, or any direct supervisor). This helps the company maintain a healthy and positive environment by involving all employees in the process.

Employees are encouraged to report any information regarding violations of this code without fear of reprisal or retaliation. Employees who wish to remain anonymous can report such matters to HR confidentially. Any failure to comply with this code of conduct may lead to disciplinary actions, up to and including immediate termination of employment.
