Texagon Overtime Policy

At Texagon, we understand that some projects may occasionally require extra effort beyond regular working hours. To ensure fairness and transparency, all overtime must be approved in advance.

The Project Manager must obtain approval from the Project Lead or CTO before authorizing any overtime.

Process:

• The Project Manager will confirm overtime only after receiving approval.
• This helps us manage resources effectively and ensure fair compensation for the additional effort.

Note: Overtime without prior approval will not be eligible for payment.
