Texagon Biannual Increment Policy

At Texagon, we believe in recognizing and rewarding consistent performance. To support this, we offer biannual (every 6 months) salary increments, based entirely on individual performance.

Performance-Based Increments

  • Every team member’s performance will be evaluated twice a year.
  • The evaluation is based on work quality, collaboration, initiative, Behavioure, and reliability.

Important Note:

Increments are not automatic.
If your performance during the evaluation period does not meet expectations, you may not receive an increment for that cycle.

This ensures that growth and rewards are aligned with contribution and effort.
